Worst Customer service by Idea& Manipulating answers by Helpline executive.
I was recharge for Daily 1 GB 28 days validity plan.
So they registered complaint on 9th& 10th. But still no resolution.( Sometimes toll free executive says ur plan validity was for 7 days.) where I was recharged from my idea by clicking on offer)
After calling toll free, it is our luck if we got chance to customer care executive, so many times they dropped my call.
I I'm irritated a lot with worst Service quality of Idea& customer care executive.
