I am writing this review because I am totally unhappy the way Idea given service to me regards to my migration from airtel to Idea.
Firstly I have called by Idea Costumer care many times to have services and and said that they could offer me 50% off on all the service provided by your end.
Then after confirming that I am okay to go ahead with this I have contacted by Idea executive called me and given the sim card and said that it will activated within 8 working days due to porting the number.

He is not aware of any product of Idea when he came to meet me, I was enquired about in between some of additional products charges, he used to call customer care and get the details, first of all I don't understand why you guys do't train them before sending in to the market.
Finally I have bought the sim card with post paid plan of INR 299 with activation charges of INR 99 total INR 400, I have explained him what exactly I need in this connection.
After he took all the docs and money no one turned up until I remind them for address verification after 08 days, then his manger(Mr.Dilip - 9844036552) promised that he will do the needful soon and on they same day one executive called for verification of address and I have asked him to come and do the needful while I am at home, I then he also disappeared and not turned up, I myself called him may times but no answer.
I got disappointed the way this all case handled and called Mr.Dilip to cancel my application and return the Money, he said okay & he will send the executive next day to handover the money, after 03 day this request I got call from one more executive said that he will come and handover the money but till now no response and I have continue sly but no response and I am really fed up to called them again.
