I'm using Idea Internet and network for 2 years but I got into trouble frequently with the network coverage I have some other problem but they are not major problem the major problem is the network coverage!
In terms of network you will get quality of network service there's some cities which is cover with the network but some others like village or mountains area there are no signal on ideas network and this is the main con of that network.
Customer service is another problem on that network You will get a very bad quality of customer service requirements and you will not satisfied with their customer service.
In terms of quality would like to say that call quality is short of average Real Experience a hassle free call but that clarity of that call is not so good so be careful on that.
In terms of charges and billing I would give it 3 Stars the it has a good quality of charges and billing then also I would try to tell you the problem on that the problem is that they are giving you some awesome offers and many more but by giving that there incoming and much more from you by giving the ads from an official hot which you can say fake calls this is very disturbing specially when you are in a meeting or something like that!
So guys I would like to tell you and I would like to recommended not to use that sim use something like Airtel or Vodafone this is very good networks you can also prefer jio network also!
