Friends,
I took an Corporate Plan( 499 RS, 1200 min( Local/STD), 1.50 GB 3G, 300 SMS) but after five months I stop using IDAE. Than I moved to AIRTEL . I had really a bad experience with IDEA in Delhi.
1) Call drops, in every 10 phone calls I had 3 call drops.
2)Very slow Internet speed, Now I am using AIRTEL, having good internet spread.
3) Network issue. Most of the places in Delhi I did not get any Network,
4) Poor customer care services .
now I am using AIRTEL, Paying high, but enjoying . At least I don't need to go outside of my room to received calls, I can see videos in youtube also .
So dear friends who are staying in Delhi, don't go with IDEA, it cab cheat you in your important time.
