I endorse thoroughly the views expessed about Ichibaan Honda at Tulsi Pipe Road. I booked a Honda CVT in December 2005. Thereafter there was a wait in futility as I had to wait for over three months for a car which I was promised delivery in 3 weeks time. What was even more appaling was the response or rather the lack of response of the Ichiban people in providing me a suitable reply as to when the car would finally arrive. All the staff including the senior personnel kept blaming the principals at Gurgaon for the delay. If this was the case then why commit to any date to clients without checking from the principals first?
In the meantime I had sold off my old vehicle and had to go without a car for over three months waiting for the new car to arrive which I was informed would be ’’anyday now’’.
What is farce these guys put up. I am really schocked as to how Honda has appointed such a shabby dealer in South Mumbai.
I would seriously like to forewarn you to be doubly sure and take everything in writing before dealing with Ichibaan Honda at Tulsi Pipe Road.
