I think honda city is doing well in the market. Though I have also booked one GXI from worli office but I have few very strange experiences. Despite of my repeated tele calls a particular sales person never sent me the quote etc,,ultimately I had to speak to their Branch chief and give him my piece of mind, he apologised and promptly put that person to contact me.

I have booked the car by giving Rs 25000/- but after a couple of days I got a call from Branch chief and the sales consultant that the Discount of Rs 15000/- corporate dscount is not valid for me because I am buying car thru CSD canteen ( Army Canteen). they said that the discount offered to canteen includes corporate discount !!! though they have given me a written quotation,,,this effectively means that car will cost around 15000/- more !!!

How can such mistakes be done by organization which is supposed be having Tag of HONDA !!

I am apprehensive about my decision after reading the experience , I just hope that I dont have similar experiences..anyways
