Hi,

I took a service contract from Ichibaan Hinda in Feb 08 for 8 services over 2 years. Of these there was one major, two semi major and 5 ordinary. The value of the contract was Rs 22000.

I later understood this was just a hoax from the start. They closed their dealership in Sept/Oct. So when I contacted them in Oct they said dealership closed. They sweetly promised that balance amount will be refunded to me.

Till date no money has been refunded.

Before Oct 08 I had availed 3 services. They told me that they will refund only 7000 as the value of the 3 services will now be computed at full prices. Shocking that such a reputed dealer resorts to such cheap and illegal means.

Fine after all this I am still waiting for the 7000. Their accountant very rudely told me that market conditions are bad so I better wait. How long? He doesnt know???


If there are others who are facing this - lets unite to teach this thug a lesson.
