The saga starts with me having no choice of the dealer as the deal was done by my company.

So here was the Ichibaan Honda Sales

Agent trying to over sell the car and its features to me. I must say that we (my admin guy and me) did manage to get a good deal on the car.

          

We chose a Honda City Gxi and got a host of freebies thrown-in. So far so good.

          

As they say the test is when the Rubber hits the Road.

          

Here I was on a Sunday morning at the Ichibaan showroom for taking delivery of the car. There was no one to attend to us for a while, however finally we had the car in front of us.

          

When the car was delivered, it was fitted with wrong accessories, some promised accessories were missing. On asking about these, I was told that this will be fixed in due course.

Yes, they did manage to fix some of these, but for each mistake of Ichibaan, I was left without my car for atleast half a day 4 times in 2 months.

Now comes the icing on the cake. After 5 months of running the car, I discovered that the V-Kool film fitted in the car is lower than the one we had agreed with Ichibaan. This amounts to cheating.

They did admit the mistake, however after repeated assurances, the same is still not fixed.

So please be-aware of Ichibaan and buying a car from them is really an Ichy feeling for life.
