My Great Experience with ING Vysya Bank. Review on ING Vysya Bank

I have a great experience in my life with ING Vysya bank ltd. The ING bank turned in to Kotak mahindra bank, Yes it's correct Kotak mahindra bank acquired ING Vysya bank approx a year ago. My account is with ING's Noida branch.

I am with ING Vysya bank for last 7 years approx. And my experience with this bank was good. I don't have any complaint to till date with this bank. Initially I had a salaried account with ING Vysya, My company opened my salary account in this bank since then my account is with me and I am using it without any hassle.

The best thing of this bank there is a smooth internet banking you transact any time with out any delay. I am also using mobile banking of this bank. I am using KOTAK Ing mobile app. Using this app everything is easy you can check and send your money 24/7.

But I don't like one thing of this bank once I visited ING Noida sector-18 branch where a lady was appointed I just met that lady and told her my problem about my internet banking problem(Actually there were some changes by the bank in each customer's net banking including me) but she didn't entertained me properly. She didn't give me the satisfactory answer. Otherwise everything was perfect in this bank.

The best thing of this bank, they give 6% interest per year in your ING Kotak account. And 6% interest is not given by any bank except ING Kotak. But there is some conditions - you must have above 1 lac in your account for getting 6% interest. If you go below 1 lac you would get only 5% interest of your total amount.
