I was approached by ING Vysya Bank representative of K.R. Road branch for opening for of current account. While submitting my documents, I did asked whether all documents are enough. Their representative told me that "Sir don't worry your documents are enough and your account should be active in two days"
He even calls up his manager and even he tells me sir don't worry I will manage. Then for 10 days I don't hear anything and I called up representative; he is not aware and promised me to call back which never ever comes from ING Vysya.
I again call him up to check what is problem. He responds as they need your last year IT Return and gives me an email id of his manager. I sent my tax return quickly on same id. Next day I call for update and he tells me that "he has given me wrong email id and correct id I will send it to you now.
I again sent tax return on new id. I again don't hear anything from them for next 7 days. I again called up and same story; representative is not aware of whats happening. Again after multiple followup from my side. He tells me that "my documents are not enough and they need one more document to open my account and he can get it done in 2, 500 Rs." I even provide him that as I just want my job done.
Again same story continues as I don't hear anything from them and eventually after multiple followups from my side. Representative tells me that sir your account can not be opened and we are sending your document by courier.
Now it is more than 40 days since I have given documents for my account opening but I have not received my documents back and every time I do followup from my side. I get respond that "Sir, you will get your documents back".
This is the most unprofessional people who don't know anything about their own rules and regulations. And their representatives are just looking for money by making some documents for your account openings.
