First it has worest customer service.Not at all being answerable to the questions asked by the customers.
They don't know about any process of RD if you would like to close the account premature.
Thet just say that everything is done by system and we dont know any thing about preclosure process, even the fine amount.
And penalty amount also they don't know. When we ask them why you people don't know about RD they say we just said we don't about RD and the amount you get for the closure of account, each executive says different kind of excuses and none of their answers matches with others.
