As my family has an account, I agreed to open one there. Horrible customer service. Instead of solving one problem, they will try to sell you one of their products. Every year they will ask you for a KYC but my personal details have always had issues. email id, age, signature.
Being an NRI and coming on short visits, the bank makes sure you struggle for every day to resolve minor issues. Appalling service for a financial institute.
