I have current account of my employer with Ing Vysya bank. Normal banking charges whether RTGS charges, Chq book charges etc,
All charges are very high in comparison to other private banks. Thing is if you are getting any additional benefit then its worth paying higher charges. But this is not the case. You are not getting even same level of service.
We also have FDR with same bank. Almost every time. thee seems to be error in interest calculation. So basically, if you want to survive in this competitive world, you will have to improvise your service even at the lowest possible rate.So ING Vysya is not recommended. Suggestion for banker will be to improvise customer service.
