Guys please never go with the ING vysya bank because the sales representatives will attract while opening any kind of account but they never disclose the rules and regulations of the bank while opening of any account like savings current and loan account.
Once u complete all the formalities then u will come to know all the formalities and if u ask any thing information they just gives us the answer to go through the books and again if u ask any cross questions they just show our signature and they say that u have agreed all the terms and conditions.
As we have planned to build rice industry and the rep of the bank approached and attracted us and the rep as explained about the rate of interest and pay back period then we have agreed then he as come with all the banking formalities and we have signed the book content around 200 pages then we have shown all the propertys and mortgaged them to the bank .
And when we asked to relive the amount then he as come out with all the formalities of 60-40plane as we have mentioned in the project report and before going for the loan we have finished half of the constructions and when we gave the bills of the constructions he said the bills are expired because due to 3months passed when we asked sir while commencing u people did not say any thing all the rules means the manger will not open the mounth and even the higher authorities behave the same thing
again when u deposit 60per of amount even tho the bank is not ready to contribute 40 per of loan(if ask to give 40Rs out Of RS100 the bank manager will bargain that we will give RS25) this kind of cheating things they do so Guys my request is that never have relation with this type of bloody bank
