IFB has horrible customer service. I have a Microwave oven, it broke after 1 year 4 months of purchase. I lodge a complain for it. But as the product is out of warranty so IFB has refused to service it instead they are insisting me to buy a new product in exchange of it. IFB has horrible customer service.
