My IFB Washing machine had some issues and I first complained in Feb/March, The service guy kept calling me to say he cannot come as he has to go to office in the mornings.
I called few times the customer service and the guys only had to tell they are sorry and some one will call back.As it became a waste of time and money calling them I just ignored the problem. However as I had to use the machine I called then back again in July as the machine by now had completely gone out of order,
The service person did turn up to my surprise and checked the machine. He had two options for me as the main board was faulty.
1) Return the machine back to the company for Rs 500 to 1000 and buy a new one.( Amazing option for a 25K Plus Machine)
2) Convert the machine to manual option(Senatro) by an external unauthorized person for Rs 7500.00(Sounded good by is it worth)
I was glad to know that IFB only sells the machines and has no parts to replace if they are faulty. I dont think I am taking any of this options as I will never use IFB / Recommend IFB products ever in my life.
