My washing machine facing problem of intermediate end of program and washing quality.
I raise many complaints about that, at last technician came conclude that your PCB is not working PCB has to replace with new one.
So he open the machine he found some dead cockroaches in it. So he is telling that it cannot claim in warranty due to insect issue. So I told him don`t conclude bring new PCB and check once again if same issue aeries then I confirmed that PCB is not working. He checked with new PCB same issue aeries with washing machine. After that he conclude that PCB is working fine, I have to check water temperature and why steam function is not working. After that I am calling technician to fix steam issue he is not picking my phone. I called his seniors that they telling that you have to replace PCB. I told that you already confirmed and I have proved it PCB is working still they insisting me to change PCB.
Their technician and their customer service not able to conclude what is the exact issue of machine and insisting me to change PCB.
I escalate this issue many times but no response from them.
Can anyone suggest me any senior management mail or contact number to address this issue
