I bought the first Digital Wash Machine and well I had enough service issues. In 2015 they had withdrawn AMC support since no spares were available.
In January 2016 I had problem with the machine and they informed me that since the model has been discontinued they have a buy back offer and 40% discount on the new machine. I opted for the machine by sheer loyalty and an approval from head office was awaited. It is around 2 months till now and any number of calls to the Chennai office has gone in vain. I doubt whether these guys in the office ever work at all .? Called last evening the service support and spoke to Mr Rana( Floor Supervisor) who promised to get back within an hour .it is more than 12 hours .now.
I request IFB whether they intend to honor the commitment if not atleast inform me so that I could proceed to get a new machine. Chennai Service Center needs total revamping if IFB wants to continue its presence at Chennai . they already have lost ground to other brands.
