I should've read the reviews for the customer care services before buying their products! I bought 2 of their products just last month.
I have a microwave which takes 2& a half hours to bake a cake while burning the top to a crisp(I set the machine exactly as in the manual& as demonstrated by the IFB personnel). The service personnel came, looked at me like I was an idiot& said, "Microwaves heat. It heats no? So it does the job."
I also have their front load washing machine. The drum has misaligned, it makes a loud noise during a wash n completely scratches the clear part of the door. Registered a complaint on 8th of July with no response till the 13th. When I called on the 13th, I had to call 3 different service centers(1st just flatly said "I can't help you"& put the phone down.) to get some response! When I did get a response, they said the complaint is registered as closed as the technician had already come& fixed the machine. Which obviously wasn't true.
Now they have promised to send someone by tomorrow. Waiting to see how that works out.
Both products have malfunctioned& the service is terrible. Needless to say, no more IFB products& will never recommend it to others either!
