We recently made the mistake of buying an IFB dishwasher in Sep 2012, Within 2 months the dishwasher started giving problems - specifically the F5 problem.
We then contacted IFB who asked us to contact Supreme GLobal Service of our reviewers recommend us - their franchisee in Yeshwantpur, Bangalore. IFB does not do anything on its own - just passes the buck to the franchisee.
The franchisee technician came one or two times to replace the pump - we had to wait 10 days for this and made about 25 phone calls. No body bother calling us about the status of our complaint.
After replacing the pump the problem again continued. The technician now says that he does not know what the problem is and cannot fix the problem.
We called IFB again and this time they directed us to another person - there is no use calling the IFB number 39004321 or 18604255678. They just register a complaint and pass the email to someone else.
We want to file a case in the consumer court but IFB is refusing to give the postal details. We are feeling quite helpless that we bought an IFB product.
We want to warn other customers about the product quality of our reviewers recommend us and the service. We have registered our complaint on 12 Nov 2012 and till date (today is 5th Dec) - the problem is not solved. PLEASE DONT EVER BUY AN IFB PRODUCT.
