I love the ICQ program. It let’s you chat in real time, let’s you know when your friends, family or co-workers are online.
With ICQ, you can chat, send messages, files and URL’s, and
even play games.
You can send people messages even when they are off line and when they log on they get the message. I think its alot faster sometimes then email.
The sounds sometimes are annoying but you can always change them or turn them off.
Like most chat programs everyone usually sees you when you are online or offline, well when you want to be there but don’t want everyone to see you there are several functions you can use so you can see whos online but they cant see you.
Unless you send them a message and then they see your online. I really like the invisible function.
If people bug you then you can add them to your ignore list or add them to always invisible list.
