ICQ is a revolutionary, user-friendly Internet tool that informs you who’s on-line at any time and allows you to contact them. I was always getting hit on and keeping junkie ims messages. I was really confused when it came time to use it. I am sure it probably has changed these days but I might try it later. I heard that gotten a lot better. I have heard that is a good messenger to use. If you want to try it out, do it for 30 days then after that you can either delete it or keep it.
