I am a customer who is having relation with iciciprudential for last 7 years. I feel ICICI is the best life insurance company with regards to customer service,product and even charges. very reasonable allocation charges. Returns in ULIP is always subject to market risk, if some one loose money it is not company’s fault,,as a customer we can switch online,,make the payment online and manage our own fund at any time.so how can one blame the company for that. I feel icici prudential is the first insurance company who came up with different new plans and all other companies including LIC started copying it. Try to access yourself with your own knowledge rather hearing some nonsense from illeterate people. If anyone access properly, for last 8 years icici prudential is the No.1 Pvt Life insurance company. Many people try to criticise the best company,it is the human tendency to find fault of some good thing,,same thing is happening hear..
