Recently i visited one of my friend who is working in ICICI Prudential. And i had a glimpse of the work environment there. Sitting in

the reception i was able to see and hear the culture of this organisation. Employees are being asked to take policies in their own name if they dont get any business that day. The shocking aspect was that i saw a manager shouting at his subordinate in front of everyone and swearing and showering abusive words. It was really disgusting.

One thing is clear, this company is selling policies by force and black mailing the employees. My friend has also informed that nobody has any sense of job security.

I was also told that they have the highest attrition in the industry. No wonder, is the government investigating such aspects of private companies? Is this the way for such a large company to treat its employees?

Their targets are highly unrealistic and they end up spoiling employees health and career. Do you want to invest in such a company? I dont want!
