I am a cuustomer of  this company for product life time,my policy no 02378311.I hv made a complaint for this for making double premium for my policy in the month of june 2007.ICICI p has debited my a/c for monthly premium and therafter given a letter for non payment.
I hv given complaints in writing with the evidences at their branch office punjabi bagh and sent many emails to to their customer care center,but i have not seen such type of co.who are not in a position to give satisfactory reply to the customer.
I will not re-invest in future in this co.i have a very bad expereience with them.They spent so much amount on the advertising but on ground they dont care customers.I hv visited punjabi bagh branch twice or thrice from my busy schedule and every time they assured me for solving problem.
