i issued a cheque to my very close relative, who need an urgent money to tranfer to his home coz his brother need urgent hospitalization. after 3-4 days i get it confirmed that no money has been transferred through this cheque from my account to my relative account. He is just begging me on this and i am unanswerable for this. i know that something wrong happen with icici. with zero time i issued a second cheque with same amount and with utmost care ...this time too i got rejected the cheque after 4 days ..saying some anwerable changes in cheque date ...bla bla ....
this was the peak of my anger towards icici. ....i am a excellent qualified engg working in mnc siemens and using this salaried account since more than a 8 years ..and i know how much care we need to mention during filling of cheque ..numerous cheque i have issued and isssuing i dont know ..why this time i got such a bad respond ...and also for this icici have detected a transaction charge of rs 55 as penalty for non clearing of cheque ...luckily i manage to give money to my relative through other sources and ......but suppose i think that if that money was not arrange in time .than it can be disastrous situation for that person ,,and as he is fully responsible on me for the money. it also became a very shameful situation in front of all my close relative that i have played a game like this ...but this all nothing matter...matter is that if anybody really stuck with this problem and icici really doesnt fill there responsiblity to call a person regarding some cheque clarification than it can became a disastrous situation for any person......and it seems only there motto to earn something by dishonouring the cheques and just earn there pocket with penalties and just forgeting there duties ..... they just cant understand that this is our hard earn money ...and for them its just buisness to loot the money in forms of penalty.
