I think most nationalized banks like sbi, cbi, etc offer FAR BETTER SERVICE than icici. Stay away from this bank at all costs.

They disabled my user id for some stupid reason. I call customer service and they said they re-enabled it. I even got a confirmation email that it’s enabled. However, when i log in, it still gives me the same error. Then i visit the bank and meet with the manager and he promises me that it will be re-enabled in 2 days. He calls me in 2 days telling me it’s enabled. I log in - same thing! Why can’t these idiots confirm that it’s working before wasting my time. I’m closing my account down - even the phone banking service is horrible. HDFC has its quirks too but overall far better
