Dear sir
I have recd the following documents sent to me ( four PDC cheque – sr no 062613, 062617,18,19 = 4 nos ) today and I hereby shocked to see the telephone number has been changed/added  without getting approval from me . The mobile number was appearing on your covering  letter   XXXXX63028, while my number is XXXXX64681.
You are also requested to confirm the Date, when you have changed the mobile number.

This is very much panic to note that without my verification why the telephone numbers was changed / added . You cannot prove me any documents were I have written the said number XXXXX63028 , as I am using this number since 3-4 years continuosly. It proves that you/ your system  tranfer data to other unauthorized person .
It is also possible that you will handover documents without my approval by verifying telephone number as the number is appearing in system.I hereby request to change the number and get verified with me that the number has been changed , otherwise it will be very much serious issue for me.
My impression was already very poor about ICICI bank – and on top of this,  this type of incident happened in my account . It proves the ICICI bank  is not capable to maintain the  Level of National / International Banking standards.
Hope you will do the necessary action to the person who is responsible against this matter. Pl confirm the person changed the number , had he verified identity card of the person whoever asked to change / add ? Pl confirm .
I am seriously awaiting for your reply within couple of days
