I was given wrong detail about ICICI prudential policy and they got successful to convince me(Application no. - ob05509766sk).
When I rechecked policy detail and I decided to withdraw policy next day. ICICI Prudential team confirmed to return money in 10 days but I am still following up them for last 20 days but it seems that they are not interested to reply my email.
I am also thinking to escalate the issue to IRDA. I would appreciate if someone can advise me how to escalate this issue to such cheater.
This company is not at all trustworthy and professional. I am just writing my experience here with an intention that maybe I can make others aware of such fraud company.
