I would like to write in caps only. Smart reader can understand meaning of caps writing.
I had very bad experience with icici pru. I am chasing for my own money since last 3 months. Only mistake i have done was the original of policy was misplace somehere. So started the process to retrieve the policy. They have no spft copies for the earlier policies. So need to go to indemty form, lawyer and need to give them
Rs.200/- in cheque. Inspite all these herdles, i managed to surrender my policy.
Belive me for my own money i need to beg them like anything. Called the branch office/customer care not sure how many times for the original copy of policy and then till money after surrender.
I have lost my patience and failth in them.Humble request to stay away from pru. During policy, they will approcah you like khatmal, but once you paid the premium, life became miserable till you rceive the amount back.
