ICICI Prudential life insurance company is a very fraud and scam life insurance policy holder. The worst staff attitude and they won't provide good. Customer support. They will call restlessly untill you had taken the policies. By their sweet conversations they make you to take the policy but later on they donot even are for you response. The premium charges are very high once you had agreed to take the policy and without any intimidating they will cut the amount from your accounts too. One of my friend had got call from the ICICI customer support, they made him to take policy after a conversation he agreed to take a policy and said that cut account from my ICICI bank account. Without any intimation they simple cut money from my account an also made another r policy without my notice and agree. They deducted the amount for the two policies without my approval. It took a lot of time to get back my amount to my bank. Their service and plans were worst so donot opt this life insurance policies choose the best alternative which helps your future.
