This company is great if you want to sink your money into a black hole. I had a policy with them for 10 years and they were so regular to follow up for premiums. Once the policy matured, nobody bothered to contact me and claimed that a cheque was returned from my address. Then I asked for a direct credit, deposited cancelled cheque and provided all details. Subsequently, I am still running around a month later to get the maturity amount. The call center has a standard response of give us 48 hours to process your complaint, same with the email and the GRO and the SMGRO escalation points do not respond at all. I am now examining the process for filing a formal complaint with IRDA.
