Dear Sir/Madam,
I Harinder Singh, an ex- Army person who served for 16 years for my country with exemplary character. I want to bring to your notice that how much dishearten and shattered one feels when wrong commitments are done during insuring a person.
Mr Jagjot Singh from ICICI Bank Ambala Cantt Mobile No 8xxxxxx5 in the year 2009 sold me policy bearing No 12448278 and guided me regarding the same.He assured me the following things.
(a). I have pay for 5 years.
(b). In 6th year I can take 162000/- and in 7th year I can take 242000/-
But in actual picture when I needed money for my family problem. I came to know in this 7th year 159701/- Rs. are being paid back. But 25000/- of 1st premium are not added to this amount because this I can get in 10th year. and Mr Jagjot Singh didn't tell me this.
Now problem is not how much I am getting problem is why I was not told the same for money I was guided by ICICI Prudential Patiala office to take loan against policy, . I applied loan on 6th June in ICICI Prudential, LIC and Max New York Life insurance. where after one week I got loan amount. But in case of ICICI on 26 June I came to know more 10 days will be taken. So I surrendered the policy due to wrong treatment again. Let us see when my money will be paid back.
(i) My 25000/- stands no where.
(ii) Mr Jagjot Singh has blacklisted my No.
(iii) Patiala Office when will pay my balance money.
It is really hunting regarding such an esteemed institution(ICICI).
So, at the end I request you to do the needful and will get things into consideration of my faith in ICICI. I personally want to be a good customer and a loyal customer for ICICI. Please take necessary actions that can speed up the procedure and pick me out of the monetary problem. I am facing for my family.
