I bought ICICI Pru life online in June 2017. After filling out all the required forms and paying required premium My policy was issued. After reviewing the policy I found discrepancy in Payout Mode. After several follow ups over mail and phone with customer care I got Absolutely No response.
Frustrate I decide to use 30 days free look up period I went to cancel my policy in PRU LIfe office. I learned that even in the free look up period they will deduct 1000 rs from the premium I paid. I have still not revived my premium back. Just hoping I do not have to follow up same amount I did it earlier.
