I would have given a negative. They dont even deserve a zero.
Worst customer experience. Their helpline doesnt work most of the times. The staffs are not ready to help until you complete x, y, z formalities which requires visiting their branch a hundred times because they do have their customer helpline working.
Even if they send an agent he opens a new policy with your premium money and that too without you knowing about it. The staffs are like "what can we do. You should have come to the branch". Worst experience.
