Hi, I have brought the ICICI wealth builder 2 policy for five years term. Its performance is worst. I have invested the 1 lakh p.a. The performance of the fund is much slow than market. Even my amount is diminishing to negative. They deducted different types of charges from EMI. Every year they deducted amount 6%, 5%, 4% accordingly. Its not profitable. Only one benefit is that they covered the life insurance claim of 10 times of the EMI. But this can be done through other term insurance.
They have various plans to spent EMI as monthly, early and quarterly basis. No good customer service. If you call them as customer, will not respond you as good manner. Their sales executives do not explain the all terms of the policy. They should mentioned it before creating agreement. The staff attitude is impressive during policy creation. I am not aware about the claims settlement. But I heard about the in claim settlement ICICI prudential is not so good far.
