On 4th Nov 2015 I have applied for policy, but they have not issued the policy saying health reasons, after some follow up calls they have processed to return the premium amount on 30th Dec 2015 and finally amount credited to my bank account on 29 Jan 2016. Almost it took 3 months to return the amount. On this subject, I had to make number of calls to their call center and write number of mails to them. I am totally dissatisfied with their service and working culture.
They need to improve a lot as compared to other insurance companies. And also they have a lack of co-ordination internally. After declaring my proposal postponed, they used to send me letters(hard copies by courier) saying that they are reviewing my application and will be processed with in 10 working days. I have very good opinion about ICICI bank, with that impression I have applied for Insurance policy with this company, faced many problems. Totally unprofessional way of working. My suggestion is think before dealing with this company.
