Icici prudential life insurance is not very customer friendly insurance because of hidden terms and conditions of the insurance policy. I got to know something about policy after I have started while received policy documents which were not beneficial for me.
Moreover when I asked that thing to my insurance agent, he replied that even he was not aware about that thing.
I am not happy because of such kind of issues.I know every companies working for good profit, but at the same time customer satisfaction is also very much important.Company should improve such things.
