Let's take an example, if a 30 year old healthy male person take this plan for next 30 years and sum assured of 50lacs, so it comes at an investment of just rs, 15/day nd 440/month.
ICICI Pru I Protect Smart is a 360 degree protection plan which covers your life against death, terminal illness, and permanent disability.
Benefits of this plan.
(i) In case of any unfortunate event like death of the policy holder, all of the sum assured will be given to his nominee so that they can continue with their lives.
(ii) On the diagnosis of terminal illness, the sum assured will be given to the policy holder before death.
(iii) In cases of permanent disability, the future premiums will be waived off by the company and the life cover still continue.
(iv) It has Accidental death rider, in case of death during accident, the nominee will get the double the sum assured.
(v) It has Critical illness rider, which covers 34 major critical illness.
(vi) One can save tax 80(c) for death benefit upto 150000 and 80(d) for critical illness upto 25000 and 10(10d).
