- The CCE dont answere
2.They dont reply on Mail
- Everytime we right a mail they say they will get back in 3-4 days- they never get back
My ISSUE:-These people are FRAUD, I made the payments in advance but still they have withdrawn my policy stating that the payment has not been made.its been 20 days not even a single call from their end, when we call they dont answere, My policy number MY APP ID:- OB05421352, My number 8505948585
They even dont know what they say and what they reply.
Dear FRAUDS
I have not received my REFUND its been more then 1 Month(wherein you commited 10 days)
My policy was withdrawn by ICICI, Inspite of me making the payment, but they denied that payment has not been made
Now I have been crying after them for refund, same is also not being processed, their CCE either dont know what to say or they disconnect.they dont revert on mails, they also never call back
