Had a life insurance policy in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and I surrendered it recently. The claims settlement team is pathetic and worst.They had told me that the money would be credited within 10 days and it's been more than 20 days but still no response.
To attract customers these people keep calling and convince us to buy a policy but to just give are money they play so much with it.
The employees all have half knowledge please keep them educated
