One thing you will notice soon after the buying policy from ICICI prulife is that when you wanted to make a claim & then you will realize how you have been fooled.
The customer service IVR has been beautifully designed . Although it starts with 1860 number . it is not toll free.
It was designed in such a way that it recognizes that you are a existing customer through your mobile number and never lets you to reach customer service representative.
The menu option will arrive at your turn(you would need to wait for 10~15 mins to get to your turn)only to provide the information you already have.I spent close to 30 mins & mobile charges without any luck .
