Upon ICICI Banks Madhuban, UDAIPUR, manager's recommendation and introduction of ICICI Prudential officer - Jai Nebhnani, in year 2009 I invested in This company's Elite Pension Plan which is not Life Insurance based and purely an investment plan. His assurance was that after 1 payment of 7.5 Lacs, succeeding 2 more payment was merely an option and no need to pay while returns would be as expected. A Micro Font printed form was filled up with all personal details including my address, my overseas telephone numbers and email address.
I never got any report nor any emails until I called ICICI Prudential customer service in September 2015(upon received a letter in my local address in India that I haven't paid succeeding 2 years premium) who couldn't explain anything and registered my email in the system that was already filled up in the form. I believe there were no charges of 15% mentioned nor was any mention by the officer named above.
I have communicated to completely reckless official of ICICI Preudentials BN college office in UDAIPUR, went to meet both Nitin Singhvi and his boss Rohit Saini prior to policy foreclosure on 15th December 2015, who just kept giving excuses for delay in obtaining details from their head office, one after other rather then giving any relevant policy details.
I received a Cheque of RS 7.7 Lacs for my investment of Rs 7.5 Lacs 6 years ago, which is not only loss of any return it's further loss of exchange rate since when I invested the exchange rate then was much lower then now at around Rs 67 to one US Dollar. The only benefit was to ICICI deducting unauthorized 15% fee for this fraudulent policy.
This company and its officials don't want to give any explanation:
Why there no communications until Sept 2015?
From where 15% deduction came when the policy is their only, they are not brokering it nor I agreed for passing on the investment to anyone else. I just came to know this from their letter of 24th December 2015,
Why there is no growth in investment? Letter says they don't give any Premium since I didn't pay further premiums, even though it was not required in first place nor there were any reminders for payment of premium in the 2nd and 3rd year.
Why I must bear losses for fraudulent X plantation given to me by Jai Nebhnani?
Why must I struggle to find facts from irresponsible officers of the company?
I was willing to consider paying Rs 15 Lacs when I met Rohit Saini on 14th December in his office, provided he explains to be pros & cons and intimate Mount I was going to get. He could not explain anything. I have kept What's app chat saved from 16th December onwards.
Everyone reading this blog, don't invest in any of this company's product is my personal recommendation.
