I recently met an accident and have a Accident policy. its been more than a month the claim is not settled. Morever one Mr. Abhishek with whom I am coordinating does not care to respond to emails nor he has any courtesy to atleast acknowlege that he has received the email and is working on it.
They dont understand the agony the person who has met an accident is going through.
