I was contacted by the ILOM agent regarding policy he gave me all the wrong info and I unfortunately I bought the policy and when I came to know regarding the wrong info I cancelled the policy.
As per the policy if I did not receive my policy documents I was suppose to be entitled for the full refund but they did not do that. they never agreed to the fact that I never recieved policy after long struggle I agreed OK refund the amount as per the grid. I was suppose to receive the 50% refund amount.
Now they are telling me their concerned team dont think I should get a refund.
They are literally a bunch of liars and goons who just wants to loot the hard earned money of the common man.
