Here is my issue:
Dear friends, I want to share an important information with you. This year 2016 I have taken a Comprehensive Insurance from ICICI Lombard. I have gone through an accident on 11th Oct 2016 and submitted my Car at SAS Hyundai for claim. After verification from surveyor of ICICI Lombard he told me that -sir your claim will not be approved as you have taken ncb this year. In response to that I have called senior person of ICICI Lombard and said by mistake I have taken the ncb this year and I can pay you that amount; but they didn't agreed and said ICICI Lombard is not going to approve this claim. Its very hard to digest this as I have given full premium for the year 2016 to them but they didn't approving my claim.
So, I want to aware people of India Please never ever Take any kind of Insurance from ICICI they are not trusted in Insurance Sector. Even submitting full Premium they are not approving Claims. So, please be aware before taking Insurance from ICICI Lombard or other ICICI Health Insurance.
