I have claimed for an ICICI insurance very recently and they have disapproved saying it as old damage. When I was claiming for the first time, they said that they are because of 2 accidents and they will cover only one. Second time they are saying it as old damage.
No transparency in the process and whatever the executives say is the final verdict. Big cheaters, they just want our premium but not good service is offered. Jago grahak and please dont go for this insurance, just wanted to spread awareness of it.
