I travelled Europe I April 2015 with 4 members of my family on 12 April 2015 by Thomas cook on Emirates Airways.
Our 4 out of 5 luggage booked from Delhi were missing.we duly report about it at Global solution.
However, these 4 bags were delivered on 13th in our absence at Hotel Holiday Inn, Wembley, London around 20: 00Hrs .We reported /produced /mailed & couriared all relevant maximum possible documents to ICICI LOMBARD Claim processing Deppt.
But now actual harassment started by asking 1 by 1 new or same documents already submitted.Finally international denial of claim & unilaterally trying to close the ongoing claim.We indeed found them only nice while insuring .On processing the claim they seem to be bent upon to only deny & harras you.My experience VERY VERY BAD .AND ADVISE ONE AND ALL REFRAIN YOURSELF BY INSURING IN ICICI LOMBARD. They will keep harrasing you.With regards & caution to all Travellers
