I bought ICICI Lombard auto insurance on 2015 and their executive give me zero dept policy. After one year at the time of renewal I got an mail with that renew your auto policy online at around Rs. 9000.


I renew that policy at same price which I check that policy should be zero debt. Now today when I apply for claim they are saying that you have to pay 1, 000 for compulsory deduction and 7500 for voluntary deduction. What the F, why 7, 500 when every company other giving the zero debt auto policy at same price with no claim bonus.
