Facing very bad experiance with ICICI Lombard motor insurance. Car accident happens on 18th March'16 and survey done on 11th April'16. Post that there is no change in claim status and no response on phone calls as well.
Even discussing with regional head( Ahmedabad office) but there no response from official as well. There is no process to get higher official contact detail to escalate the claim delay.
Strongly advice not to take policy of ICICI lombard.
